Hello & welcome to K.Speas Fit!
I’m Katelynn Speas married to my amazing husband, Aaron, and we have two beautiful girls. Lydia is almost 4 and Hannah is 1. I’m an educator at the local community college who helps juniors & seniors in high school dig into what career opportunities are possible and how to make the right connections to accomplish their goals.
I have always loved health & fitness but have struggled with all the information that can be found. For years, I fell victim to the “yo-yo diet” mentality. I was constantly undereating, over-exercising, and mentally punishing myself for not sticking with it over and over again.
When I came to understand how to work WITH my metabolism rather than AGAINST it, I began to see changes I had always wanted physically. Learning to fuel my body properly has been essential to the changes, and my heart is to help you do the same. Not everyone needs to see the scale change; however, they are looking for more energy, better sleep, less stress, and more. Fitness & nutrition play a big part in that equation.
As a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach through the National Academic of Sports Medicine, as well as a Pre & Post-natal Fitness Specialist, my heart is to serve my clients and provide them the best plan of action. I would love the opportunity to talk with you about what coaching plan would work best and how we can make progress towards your goals.
